“When you win, I win.” That's the principle Jazz brings to every customer relationship. Jazz has spent nearly a decade making sure enterprise customers at Apple, Contentstack, Newsela, Vector Solutions, and now Narratize actually get where they're trying to go.

At Narratize, Jazz helps customers turn product knowledge into measurable progress. She partners with enterprise teams through onboarding, adoption, and expansion, translating big goals into everyday habits that stick. Her experience guiding enterprise customers through digital transformation means she's comfortable in the messy middle: the stakeholder alignment, the change management, the moments when a new way of working needs a human touch as much as a technical one.

That instinct traces back to her academic roots: a double major in Psychology and Sociology taught her how to listen. Together, they shape how she works: understanding what clients need, what's blocking them, and how success will be measured. From there, she builds a plan that clears what's in the way, turning those conversations into collaborative working sessions that move teams from stuck to solved.

Jazz is especially excited about what AI makes possible for the people she works with: more time for the big ideas, less time on everything else. She believes Narratize doesn't just make ambitious goals possible; it makes them systematically probable — and she's here to make sure every customer has the chance to get there.
