Software Engineer

The role

You'll work across our full-stack architecture to develop the intelligent systems that help product teams bring superior innovations to market faster. As an independent contributor, you'll have significant impact across our entire platform, from AI orchestration to enterprise integrations.

What you'll do

Design and build AI-powered features that automate documentation generation, knowledge capture, and cross-functional collaboration workflows
Develop full-stack solutions using JavaScript/Node.js backend services and React frontend applications hosted on AWS infrastructure
Build and optimize AI orchestration systems that coordinate multiple AI capabilities throughout the product development lifecycle
Create enterprise integrations with PLM/PDM platforms, compliance tools, and existing product development ecosystems
Implement intelligent data processing pipelines for product knowledge extraction, semantic search, and real-time collaboration features
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex product requirements into scalable technical solutions that serve innovation teams
Optimize platform performance through code reviews, refactoring, and architectural improvements across our cloud infrastructure
Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, technical design reviews, and regular team collaboration
Write clean, maintainable code with comprehensive testing and documentation that supports our rapidly scaling platform
Stay current with AI/ML advances and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our product intelligence capabilities
Provide timely technical support to customers, including debugging and working alongside customer success teammates to resolve issues

What we're looking for

Required technical skills

5+ years of software development experience with proven ability to work independently and drive technical initiatives
Strong proficiency in TypeScript (Node.js, Next.js) for backend services and API development
Solid React experience for building responsive, interactive frontend applications
Experience with Docker and containerization for development, deployment, and environment management
AWS cloud services experience including Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, and related infrastructure
RESTful API design and development with a focus on scalability and performance
Experience with AI/ML frameworks and APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, etc.)
Database design and optimization experience with both SQL and NoSQL systems
Version control proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows
