The role

We are looking for a highly cross-functional GTM & ABM Operations Manager to support enterprise account-based go-to-market execution. This is an opportunity to help operationalize and scale a modern enterprise AI go-to-market organization while working closely with company leadership on strategic initiatives and high-value enterprise accounts.

You will help coordinate and operationalize:

  • Target account programs
  • CRM and GTM systems
  • Account intelligence workflows
  • Campaign operations
  • Executive event coordination
  • Relationship tracking
  • Sales and marketing operational alignment

You will work closely with leadership across sales, customer success, product marketing, and solutions engineering.

What you'll do

GTM operations

  • Support execution of account-based go-to-market programs.
  • Maintain account segmentation and targeting workflows.
  • Coordinate operational alignment across sales and marketing.
  • Help manage account engagement tracking and reporting.

CRM & systems

  • Maintain HubSpot data integrity and workflows.
  • Support reporting, dashboards, automation, and pipeline operations.
  • Coordinate workflows across GTM systems and tools.

Account intelligence & research

  • Monitor account and market signals.
  • Support account enrichment and research workflows.
  • Help maintain strategic account intelligence systems.

Campaign & program operations

  • Coordinate LinkedIn and account-based campaign execution.
  • Support audience creation, targeting, and reporting.
  • Help operationalize executive thought-leadership campaigns.

Events & executive programs

  • Coordinate logistics and workflows for conferences, executive events, and customer programs.
  • Support pre-event and post-event outreach coordination.
