The First Week Decides Whether a Hub Gets Used

A Product Knowledge Hub earns trust the first time it answers a real question — and loses it the first time it comes back empty on something the team knows exists. That means the launch decision isn't "add everything." It's "add the knowledge people ask each other for."

A practical filter: if a document has been requested twice in the last quarter, it belongs in the hub on day one. If nobody has asked for it in a year, it can wait.
